Guideline for tags
- Each dataset should have at least 3 tags
Guideline for description
The basic principle is to use keywords that would help a user find something. The description is used to supplement and strengthen the search function for any given content. For instance if you want to search for a specific company name then it is reasonable that you should include that company name in the description.
