If you are uploading a **new** dataset, see [[public:metadata|the guide to completing the metadata fields.]]

There are 2 ways resources are stored on Dublinked:
  * new resources are **added** (ie. a separate resource for a new period of time for example)
  * a single resource is **updated** with new information
